THE PROFESSIONAL BARISTA
For students wanting to be employed, or currently working as a barista but want a better foundational knowledge, we offer two levels of hands-on interactive classes.
Our classes kept small so every student gets individual attention, and they are designed to accelerate your training to get you working in the industry quickly.

THE HOME BARISTA
For the Home Barista, we recommend our 3-hour Espresso Essentials class. In this class we focus on the essential techniques that will get you making coffee like a pro at home.
We can teach you how to make coffee like a pro at home!
Our dedicated training centre is fitted out with commercial coffee machines and grinders. We keep our classes small with a maximum of five students per class. Each student has their own workstation and equipment to practice on throughout the session with unlimited coffee and milk to make as many drinks as time permits.
Our trainers are qualified workplace trainers and assessors and experienced cafe managers and baristas.
